Over the course of Anderman’s career, he has successfully built and expanded a number of brands in the digital space in both online and mobile. Prior to joining Jumptap, Anderman was Senior Vice President, Digital Media at Hachette Filipacchi Media, President of Maxim Digital, Senior Vice President of American Greetings Interactive and Senior Vice President at eMusic. He began his career at Ziff Davis Publishing where he held a number of positions over the course of almost ten years. Anderman is a graduate of Brandeis University.

    Michael Bayle is Senior Vice President and General Manager of ESPN Mobile. Steven has also worked at Dennis Publishing, the parent of Maxim.

    Kristine Welker

    Kristine Welker, who was named Chief Revenue Officer, Hearst Magazines Digital Media in 2010, is responsible for the branding, marketing and monetization of the company’s 24 digital brands, including magazines sites, social shopping properties and pure-digital destinations. In 2008, Welker was appointed vice president, sales and marketing for Hearst Magazines Digital Media with divisional responsibility for sales, marketing, project management, advertising operations and research analytics. Previously, Welker spent more than eight years at Hearst’s CosmoGIRL! magazine, where she was the founding publisher in 1999. In 2004, she was named vice president.

    Prior to Hearst, Welker worked at Ladies’ Home Journal, 1988-1999, where she held various positions in advertising, from Sales Manager to Ad Director. Prior to her publishing career she worked at Wells Rich Greene Advertising.

    Welker is a graduate of Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY.
