Vin Paolozzi is the Sr. Director of Marketplace Development for MAGNA Global, an IPG MediaBrands Company. MAGNA operates Cadreon the programmatic buying arm of IPG. He is responsible for developing strategic relationships with leading media, data and technology companies that drive solutions for IPG clients. He is also responsible for working with IPG agency leads to analyze client buying practices and recommend strategies that create programmatic and automated solutions.

Prior to MAGNA, Vin was the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships for Interactive One. As a member of the management team there he was responsible for leading IOne’s go to market strategy, developing the overall sales organization and identifying strategic partners to drive inventory monetization strategies. Vin also spent time at SpiralFrog Inc as the Direct of East Coast Sales and began his career in digital media with AOL. He held a number of roles at AOL across Ad Operations and planning, sales and sales management over the course of his 5+ years there.

Vin has over 12 years of experience and is a true thought leader in the digital and automated media space. He has a unique background with extensive knowledge in programmatic and automated media, monetization strategy, sales management and digital operations.
