Michael Barrett is President and Founder of Ichabod Farm Ventures, an early stage internet investment company. A seasoned internet executive, Michael most recently served as Yahoo's! Executive Vice President Chief Revenue Officer where he oversaw all global revenue operations. Prior to joining Yahoo! Michael worked at Google where he managed the integration of Admeld, Inc., his former company that was acquired by Google in December 2011. Michael served as Admeld’s CEO from 2008 until the acquisition and under his leadership Admeld grew to become the leading Publisher Sell Side Platform (SSP) attracting over 400 leading global web publishers as clients and generating over $200 million in revenue.
Before Admeld, Inc Michael worked at News Corporation's Fox Internet Media group where he was CRO in charge of revenue strategy for all Fox media properties as well as MySpace and IGN. Prior to News Corporation Michael was the EVP of Sales and Partnerships at AOL. Michael also held senior leadership roles at Geocities, Disney Internet Group, Newsweek, and Meredith Publishing.
Michael also serves on the Board of Directors of HookLogic, Tapad, Media Math, Tremor Media (NYSE TRMR), and the College of the Holy Cross. Michael graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a BA in Economics. He resides in New York with his wife and three daughters.
